Southern Maryland Marine will captain any vessel, anytime, anywhere.

Specializing in instructional trips, we not only captain your vessel, but should you desire and at no extra cost, we will educate you during the trip.

There are no location restrictions, and if necessary we can supply the crew.

Our captains are required to hold, at a minimum, their "Operator of Uninspected Passenger" vessels (OPUV Captains) license, issued by the United States Coast Guard as well as, their "Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit" as issued by the Federal Communications Commission, and most of our captains are members of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
